Did anyone used or know about ctopay.hk?

Recently, I was exploring payment gateway solutions, and I came across ctopay.hk. They appear to be accepting credit card payments, and I noticed that some websites that are selling illegal substances using this payment gateway. This made me wonder if it could be the ultimate solution for many of us.

It looks a website created in 2009, I wouldn't invest one dime on it
