DId a black cat cross your path and the matrix change?

I think ChatGPT just rolled out a new model upgrade. The UI is a bit different when presenting, and it gives dialogue boxes to its thinking, and does some materially longer processing time to think.

Just happened at 9am USA NY time I think.

Maybe it was rolling out the features from earlier in the month, and this is them only reaching me now? Anyone else get a different experience now? I prefer the mind numbingly fast flow of instant answers though previously, I haven't changed model by accident either.

Yeah, noticed the same thing. The thinking process is visible now and responses take longer. Probably the o1 reasoning features rolling out gradually.
Honestly prefer the speed too - instant responses were better for quick SEO tasks. This feels more like problem-solving mode than rapid-fire content generation.
