When Instagram suddenly stops letting you post, a lot of people think it is just the app acting up. Sometimes it is. But before trying random fixes, check
Account Status first.
If this is a real restriction, IG usually leaves a clue there. Most of the time it is something obvious like removed content, feature limits, an account warning, or an email about restrictions. If a post was removed and you think it was the wrong call, check whether there is already a
Request a review option in
Removed content. What usually makes it worse is when people start guessing. They keep retrying the same blocked action, switch devices, or keep posting just to see if it works again.
At that point, the order is pretty simple.
- Check what kind of hit it is.
- If there is a review button, use it.
- If IG is showing removed posts or questionable connected apps, clean that up.
- If there is no warning anywhere, then it is more likely an app-side issue.
If you are already managing multiple IG accounts, keeping them in separate DICloak profiles also makes it easier to check what is going on without mixing logins, cookies, and account activity together.
