Damn.. It is the fight against opposition right now - For our Freedom in general.

Demonoid shouldn't of been touched to be honest - Some of the material on their were actually user made - Even in their Terms and conditions it stated that it is educational unless of course users have the freedom to post whatever they liked... Truly a sad day.

I find it hard to believe that this is the best the world wide community can come up with. If the files can exist in the torrent then the tokens can too, and I do not understand why a permanent, decentralized tracking solution has not been implemented. It seems to me that all that is required is a software, and a website to provide occasional updates & upgrades. A rating system; some means of flagging fake/infected files. Etc... I don't see what the problem is with the evolution of technology.

It was such a great site. It's contents were priceless. Their shares were doing so much good for the society indirectly by providing hope, strength, motivation etc. I sincerely hope they come back again.

On that note. Does anyone else besides me and this guy have any idea how many times Demonoid has be down "forever". They ALWAYS come back.
Remember Demonoid.ph? I do. I still have it in by browser favs.
I kept it in case Demonoid.com went down. In fact, when I saw it down, I typed in "Demonoid.ph"
So yeah. It will be back. You just can't keep a good man down and Demonoid has proven this a million times before.
Worst case scenario, the fans will rise up and bring it back themselves!

If you're still using Demonoid you probably shouldn't be using the internet in the first place. Private trackers or nothing.
 
I am more worried about information seized by authorities...not a good thing at all :S
 
now is the time for servers floating on ships in international water and connected via private sattelites
 
Heartbreaking that the political pigs in the USA and a few other places are nothing more that Prostitutes bending over for any corporate interests. RIP Demonoid .....
