‛Add commentary Throughout the video’?
The person himself in the video is speaking non stop, delivering a kind of speech.
If I do few seconds commentry in the video after few minutes or a interval
Would it work?

Yes, these videos have watermark and I covered the original watermark with my own.
And not seven weeks, I got these numbers in 16 days.
Getting 1k+ subs daily.

What if I record some random real conversation and add it to the video in low volume.
That would be counted as commentory?

I'm not sure your problem. So u uploaded videos got lots of views and your channel got banned? Now u want to re-upload to a new channel with voice over so u can monetize? Do u still have access to your channel what's it called?

Your problem is most likely not linked to audio. if my memory serves me right, the folks at Creators Insider (YouTube employees) once said that YouTube do not really consider audio when ascertaining the uniqueness of a channel.. Therefore, i think that you should work more on your editing skills and perhaps do a bit of tweaking to your audio - you should be fine.

Channel is not banned just demonetized.
If you cannot add narration because there is already talking then you could add an intro and outro where you add your own content/value. Also add credit to copyright owner and note "used with permission".
The intro can be summary of content and origin.
You could also replace some the narration and content with your own.
Check out "Voltaire" channel.

But wait, there is another channel and he is posting from the same source from which I'm posting and he is monetizing and banking hard.
He has nothing different...No editing or credits given ( he just covered the logo)
But the difference only is he written few lines about his channel and in his ‛about’ as well.
