For older accounts with spending history, check your fan page, payment card, or campaign.
Facebook is restricting a lot of advertising campaigns related to the BH field. You can delete all campaigns that are reported as errors and create a bait campaign with a small budget of about $2 so that Facebook can keep the money first and recreate your main campaigns. Besides, you should check your personal page, fan page, pixel and ad image content to see if there are any problems. My campaign was not approved (delivery error) even though the account was launched and the spending history is completely clean. Please check your page, there might be a problem. My campaign was not approved (delivery error) even though the account was launched and the spending history is completely clean. Has anyone encountered this? Please share your experience.
Issue:
Campaign not approved due to a delivery error, even though the account is clean.
Possible causes:
– Account or fanpage is silently limited.
– Creative (image, video, or copy) is rated low quality.
– Campaign setup is not optimized (narrow targeting, mismatched budget).
– Meta system bug.
Solutions:
– Create a completely new campaign (don’t clone).
– Change creatives slightly.
– Run warm-up campaigns to rebuild trust.
– Contact Meta support for a manual review if needed.
In short:
It’s not a serious violation, but you’ll need to adjust the setup and creatives to get the campaign delivering again.

Schedule ahead 24–48h
Broaden audience + moderate budget
Start with engagement before conversion
Or duplicate ad in fresh account
verify your payment method is active and has sufficient funds, with accounts having previous spending i think the problem lies in the fanpage, try replacing it and launch new camps
Check your ad copy for policy violations. Try pausing the campaign, copying and relaunching, I've had success a few times.
Try duplicating the campaign with small changes (different headline/image or target), or launch from a different ad account if possible. Also, sometimes pausing for a few hours and re-publishing helps reset the review.
Thanks for the advice everyone. I tried another account and everything was fine. What product campaigns are you running on that account?
It may be that the campaign is quite account-specific.
