I want to rebrand my TikTok page and to remove all videos. Would that affect the algorithm? Can I remove all videos or I should make them private?

make them private, then when your new videos have gained a lot
of views, slowly delete your private ones

If you delete too many videos too quicly it could raise some eyebrows with tiktok. It is safer to just private them, shouldnt give you any issues

Private them or delete them slowly over time. Personally, just Private the content, since deleting might be flagged by their algo (something about account selling and all that, maybe).

If you delete all videos at once, your TikTok account will lose engagement. Therefore, in order not to be affected, make the video private
