Yes, they can rotate per request, either via button or url, but you can also set them to rotate in a given interval, for example every 20 minutes. The rotation takes about 1 second.We use real smartphones for the proxy, which have a strong cpu and connection performance. Also our backend servers are quite capable, so multithreading is no issue. Feel free to test with a free trial upon request.
