Deleted Analytics (MAJOR SERP RISE!)

We should avoid all google property while ranks or using any site because google definitely have some hidden spy on their properties which analyze all data. The google properties include google analytic, google chrome, Adsense, blogger etc.

Well, the OP was made well over a year ago... and nothing has changed. It's all still the same - stay away from G tools!

Well we also wanted to remove GA from some of our sites.
The question is, if there are alternatives available which offer a similar feature set (especially funneling).

Has anyone tried Piwik and could tell me if it's comparable to GA in terms of features and reports?

On the other hand, we also have Adwords on our sites for advertising, tracking and retargeting - that would give Google probably the same opportunities to spy on traffic anyway...
