Delay when listing first item with a new seller account

Hi BHW,
in the last months when I list my first item with a new seller account, item takes many hours before being visible in the main ebay search but it is active within my account, why?

Am I thinking that maybe my new account (6 days old) is revised after I listed first item?

Help me understand how the ebay algorithm works

By the way, it is not only hours for your items to get indexed. it takes 24-72 hours.

This is exactly how ebay works with new accounts. It usually takes 24 hours but I’ve had many accs where it took 48 hours.
