I am planing to start my porntube and looked at vps and shared hosting, and decided to go for dedicated hosting on offshorededicated.net, but it's already too costly and I am seeing there cpanel cost 60$ per month, It's just my starting so I can't spend more amount, I am planing to go for 3 months plan.

Do I really need cpanel or I can manage it without cpanel, I am also planing to buy adultscriptpro for my site. Will I or they able to install asp on my server without cpanel

Why not start off with a VPS?

VPS cPanel licenses are cheaper, can scale easily and once you are ready to upgrade cPanel makes it very easy to migrate accounts to new servers with their transfer tool.

You don't need cPanel but if you have no Linux knowledge there will be a decent amount to learn and when problems arrise you don't have the option of cPanel support tickets.

You don't need cpanel if you have server administrator skills. As you have asking such question I think you don't have. You can use some free alternatives like CWP Panel or VestaCP

You don't need a VPS for the first two months If you planning on using SEO as the main traffic source. If you thinking about buying traffic in bulk go dedicated with any free panel like vesta.

So I can start with shared hosting, As I don't have plans to buy traffic, just using seo, I am sure I get less traffic that can handled by shared hosting, right?

I wanted to go with vps but they give only 25gb disk space, I don't think that's enough, or else I love to go with vps only and save money as it's just starting.

You can look at lowendbox, there are very cheap offers for VPSs. Also you can easy find shared hosts with 100GB space or more.
