Dude, in Alexa, smaller number is better, so actually you want to increase it. Decreasing it is easier - put 303 redirect to my sites.

I assume your looking for a better alexa rank, looks like title mis misleading, well you can improve it easily if you follow my tips.

1) Update your blog regularly, at least 5-6 articles per week.

2) Claim your website on Alexa.com: http://www.alexa.com/siteowners

3) Edit your site's listing on the same page

4) Install Alexa tool bar, create a custom alexa toolbar and Encourage your users to install it. http://www.alexa.com/toolbar-creator

5) Put alexa widget on your site.

6) Get positive reviews

7)Use alexa redirects like http://redirect.alexa.com/redirect?www.url.com

8) Get Digg, Stumpleupon traffic

Hope Someone will comeup with more "Blackhat" Ideas
