Decaptcher moved where ?

I've used DeCaptcher.com since the end of 2008 and these moves are starting to raise some red flags with me. In 2010, they {switched to|added|redirected to} decaptcher-reloaded.com. At the midpoint of 2011, they sent out an email advising clinets to use any of the four URLs in the email and then ended the email with this message referring to the four URLs, "Some of them could be available when others are not."
In other words, they are telling clientele, if one site is down, try another.
Hopefully they will straighten this quagmire out and stabilize things. In the mean time, I'm using my back up Captcha solving services and keeping an eye on DeCaptcher. Right now their main site is forwarding to a new Twitter account. My point being, I would be hesitant about loading a lot of cash into a DeCaptcher account right now.

but why do they have to keep switching sites, is that a legal suit against them ?

Good, I'm glad this isnt being swept under the rug. I just logged into my account today and got that lovely red notification up top.
Please note, DeCaptcher.com may become obsolete any time soon. Use one of the alternative names you should know, if you're a customer of ours.
Sounds a little shady. Maybe Ill go back to DeathByCaptcha for now een though its more expensive.

I sent an e-mail to Depatcher, hoping/requesting that they would expound on this matter. The bottom line is - it doesn't look good. That's why I keep back-up Captcha services. Right now, as of this post their network is at 99% capacity and their .info site is slow as all get out.

Here is the response I received from the admin when I queried them about all of the URL/domain moves.
It still doesn't add up??? That said, I have some tools that use their API and it works, so I'll stick with them until and unless my account stops working. I guess what Decaptcher is trying to say is, "Don't Worry; Be Happy?!"

I dont think it adds up either...something is going on behind the scenes...lawsuit, etc...
Has nothing to do with it, and besides cheap doesn't mean better. DBC sends more bad response for me and that costs time. Wasted submitting bad, then sending in the new image again only to get another bad response. I use them both but neither for anything important.

thanks for the info was worried they'd stopped completely as the old homepage moved redirects to their twitter user!
