I understand why you do it and if anything, I agree. But you said it was because of the Christmas holidays at first, and then it keeps getting pushed week by week, so why not just say it will be like that indefinetely then? I would rather have you say then having posts on the site saying it will be like that from 1-4 to 1-11, then once it's the 11th there is a new post saying 1-11 to 1-18th that it will be like that. It's been like that since December.

We didn't target it as a during-Christmas-only measure, precisely because we couldn't make an accurate long-term prediction regarding our workforce availability; that's why we're going week by week, in order to try to ensure service efficiency.
