Death by Captcha down?

I haven't been able to login to DeathByCaptcha for about 5 days now. I've been trying to add more to my balance and cant find a way to do it. I've tried multiple versions of their URL including the domains in other countries and still can't get in.

I'm waiting on answers from support now. Is this typical? Does anyone else have issues with DBC and logging in?

It's fuckin killing my submissions in GSA.

I've got 2Captcha handling it right now, but I get a lot of errors when using them. Even a recommendation for a better captcha service would be highly appreciated.
