Dear Youtube Experts

Hey BHW bros,

I come to you asking for help. I have read guide after guide, and tried applying guides, and can't tell what is working and what isnt working. So I ask you, what are your tips to ranking a video?

I see videos like this: youtube.c0m/watch?v=3_mUicoBCv8
and I don't understand why it is ranking above the google local 7 pack

Then I see stuffed keyword videos like this ranking high as well: youtube.c0m/watch?v=4KqxDtN1kL8
That video is over a year old so I am sure it was on page 1 for a while, and is finally now at page 2, but my point is, all I can see is stuffed keywords, some likes, and some views...

they both have some views, subscribers, and likes...
one has comments and one is keyword stuffed...

For people who are doing it, what would you say are the main factors to getting a video to page one of google quickly?
Social bookmarks and a youtube fiverr have done it for me in the past, but I am wondering what you would suggest to take first page 90%+ of the time?

You will have to try different combinations for yourself, there are different ways to rank a vid.

Yeah I figure that... can you recommend anything for off page optimization? That is where my main confusion is... If you don't want to give away your tactics, could you at least tell me how I can check competitions videos for offpage optimization, and what I should look for!?

I might be overcomplicating it, but I know there are ways, but havnt been able to find it from simply googling it.
