okay, Let me clear your doubt.

You joined Yesterday, So, you couldn't become Jr.BHF today, sorry its Jr.VIP
Because of 2 reasons
1. You need to be here for at least 3 months in order to apply for Jr.VIP.
2. You have just 5 posts, You need to have min of 100 posts to apply for Jr.Vip
& then, you can pay $97 here to upgrade Jr.VIP

only thing he can do is buy donor member status which allows a link to
any product/service in his sig - but will not be allowed sales thread or vip
forum access until he reaches 3 month mark.

To upgrade to Jr VIP (I assume you mean this) you need 60 days on the forum, have 100 quality posts on your account and make a $97/year payment.
