Drink - Drugs - Sex, not necessarily in that order
Smoking a little crack never hurt either.
It'll help calm you down for a while.

Ok, seems you missed the joke, we'll leave it there thenSmoking a little crack never hurt either.![]()
It'll help calm you down for a while.
1. Anger is natural. Its a very powerful emotion. I suggest you embrace it. If you can focus the anger, it will give you a spike of emotion motivation. If you can harness it, it is a great time to make larger changes and habitual adjustments.
2. If anger if clouding your decision making or causing you to procrastinate more, read up on diffuse and focused learning. Coursera has a good class on learning "how to learn". Diffused thinking can help with solution finding without focusing too hard.
**I recently had a problem at work that I needed to find an easy solution. I played video games for my entire work day and eventually found a pretty clever solution...I just popped in my brain while I was playing. Going to save me WEEKS of work.**
So, practice this method of thinking. It can help allow you to use your mental power and maintain sanity.
3. Meditate.
4. Make a plan with worst case scenarios, solutions, and next steps. It is easier to stick to a plan and ignore emotion if it has been codified.
5. Talk to someone.
6. Go have sex with a stranger.
7. Buy a really nice bottle of your favorite booze. I suggest Lagaluvin 16, Bunnahabhain Toiteach.
8. Be thankful. Be appreciative. Focus on how much better your life currently is than how bad it could have been.
