Hey guys, I lost my smartphone and the corresponding WhatsApp number. unfortunately my WhatsApp is being misused. Is it possible to deactivate my WhatsApp account remotely even without a SIM card?

You should be able to get a new SIM, same number and block the old SIM. Using same nr then you can recover your socials
 
Have you used WhatsApp Plus or others non-official apps?
 
It shouldn't be an issue if it's really your phone number. Just get a new number and clear the activity. But it seems like you're trying to hack someone else's whatsapp account which is not possible.
 
Whatsapp flooder? ;)
Annoy this person / yourself as long as you get your Sim back and kick him out.
 
You need to report your phone as lost so your carrier can block it and ask them to give you the same number again besides that thre is no backup option from whatssap to recover your account.
