Jebus Fhist - OK so DDoS and other similarly annoying attacks are a pain in the ass for even the big guys but they have the money and resources to deal with it!
Why the hell does every host I go with not give a sh!t about my site?
I have managed hosting and my site has been down for 30 hours in the past 48 hours.
I get my site up to around 1,000 UV a day and then BAM! An attack comes and the next day when the site comes back up I only get like 500 UV.
I know it's something all webmasters have to deal with at some point but what can be done about this when low on resources and money?
I only make money from ads on my site and I would need really high traffic to be making enough to pay for dedicated servers and attack filtering methods etc...
Anyone with any advice let me know Homey G's
Thanks
