Day1 - CPA + Squidoo

well I have to tell you I have had a crazy 2 days, I made 8 lenses and here are the results...

I have not made money yet , but this is actually changing the traffic coming to my lenses. Thats a big plus compared to the ZERO traffic I was getting on the other 6 lenses i built...

okay from the 8 I just made over 2 days they have had.... "Wow. You have 15 lenses, visited 63 times in the last 7 days"... and that was for only 2 days... b/c I never had traffic before I did this trick.

I just need to monitize a little smarter, I have been using ebay and amazon also some cpa, not enough of that yet though.

Damn, I copied all the tags from a few lenses, but I don't show up in any of their related pages.
Should I be there right away? I am also not ont eh related pages of the people who are on mine. :S

Does it take time or did I do something wrong?
 
Karpanen, you will also need a relatively good rank. Well it helps. As I believe it picks the most relevant lens, and then chooses the one with the highest rank. :D

Get some backlinks, do some forum and blogpostings (search for ******** blogs) write article use SEnuke to submit it to SB sites, submit it to Squidoo groups, Dig it and Stumble it basically treat is as a website, you will see that your lens will rank, but maybe coffee makers isn't the niche for it. Also ping the pages you see when you click on the tags, it all helps.

Oh damn, how should I first run traffic to the lense and increase it's rank?
 
They both happen together.... traffic = higher rank

its an upwards spiral from there :)

Just an update. I tried this and added similar tags from similar lenses and my traffic went way up. Yeah man...I went from 0 views to 7! Whoo hoo! That and a million dollars and I will be a millionaire.
I think I will just become a pimp and sell crack on the side. Much easier way to make money than online marketing.
By the way, who wants to buy a slightly used but still in-good-shape hooker?

then try again and i guarentee you better success in more or less EVERYTHING you do!

I used to be quite into squidoo back in the day. May give it another go.

I remember i actually made quite a few sales from it. But it wasnt worth it to keep it going, but if the traffic stays there it is.

Ill post my progress later :)
 
Nice simple idea. I just signed up with CJ as my other CPAs had very little in the way of free offers. Setup a lens in about 10 minutes and will see how I go. If it works, it can easily be replicated to around 5 to 10 other offers and should generate enough money to pay for a tank of petrol (read gas for those in the US/Canada) each week. Better still, it shouldn't require any upkeep. Money for nothing really.
