Database of 30,000 emails (university students)

As the title says, I have a database of about 30,000 university students. I have just their emails. I need some serious ways of using this to my advantage please.

FIrstly, I need to figure out how to mass email them. What software to use, proxies, etc? Need to send out emails and bypass spam filter and such.

Secondly, I am trying to decide on a niche that will suit this market. Suggestions please!
