You have tried to scam the "other members" by making us believe you're a girl (you kept lying a few times even after harro busted you). And by entering the contest with fake pix, taken away the fareness and chances of other people who have genuinely submitted their pictures.

You have messed up, please be humble.

yeh...after he couldn't get out of it anymore....but he did try his best to convince everyone including Harro was wrong....and it is/was for monetary gain...off other members here...not cool....and isn't that worthy of a ban?

Well because originally, money was involved I voted yes, but no money was transferred so void my opinion. I simply don't think I should speak.
 
If you fess up after being caught it doesn't really count. The evidence was overwhelming. And you have nothing to do but give it up.

Based on that i would have to say BAN and have voted thusly.

As for the ban, i don't think he does deserve a permanent ban but he must bleed for his actions so a ban of a month would be in place, gives him time enough to over think his sins

I agree 100% there are people that been on this site much longer with a gazzillion post thats truly contributed....unlike sum leeches they were baned without any notice but this is coming to a vote? In regards to a scam mmm ...But what do I know im Just a noob :rolleyes:

nip this shit in the bud, make a lesson out of him.

if he gets banned, yeah, he will come back as someone new, if he is disciplined, he will come back as someone new, if he is ridiculed with some ridiculous username or whatever, he will just come back as someone new.

fo, fuck. sounds kind of lose-lose to me
 
I can't really say anything new but because I voted:

I think a ban is in order. He didn't just lie, persistently.. but he also lied and lied when he was already completely found out and totally outed. He could have given up then, but didn't. I doubt a ban is even necessary because I don't know why he would stick around.. but he might try to come back under another handle.

Plus.. he tried to scam for money. I know what this forum is about but it's not about trying to get one over on each other. It was probably inevitable anyway. Please ban, I don't want him in the forums if they are willing to do that.

Man i know you are only 15 but you really need to calm down and stop talking shit about other members. This isnt really the place for it.
 
It was crazy the way he got busted. We can even drop by his house if we like :D I think it was a poor attempt at blackhatting. He should be banned for awhile and charge to reactivate his account........also his avatar should be tagged with a thumbs down until he gives something valuable to the community or get XX# of "Thank Yous". Funny stuff!
 
Good people were getting banned left and right on this site lately on sum peoples hype juice ....and were here talking about scamming sum money and its coming to a vote ..I think this is BS
 
Keep in mind, if he did this on DP, he would probably be a hero for scamming those guys....

I think he should stay....but not without some public humiliation...!
 
he did not win,

he did not collect $500

he did not get past Nevarcs/jpros verification

He did mess up, and I think he knows better now.

I voted no as he actually did not take any money, and its not clear if he would have. [won that is]

Basically he just messed around with people here, people are pissed, but no real harm was done.

Nevarc/Johnypro probably should have say how they feel about it and be final.

ps, If he stays, the modified title should stay.
