You have tried to scam the "other members" by making us believe you're a girl (you kept lying a few times even after harro busted you). And by entering the contest with fake pix, taken away the fareness and chances of other people who have genuinely submitted their pictures.

As for the ban, i don't think he does deserve a permanent ban but he must bleed for his actions so a ban of a month would be in place, gives him time enough to over think his sins

He is young. He was ambitious. He was imaginative. He got busted.

It was the First Annual, and rules were still being determined (wives, girlfriends, sisters?, etc.)

He gains points for the attempt, but has also earned some negative recognition. Normally, all of these traits would qualify for potential as a BHer.

It's a tough call...

I can't really say anything new but because I voted:

I think a ban is in order. He didn't just lie, persistently.. but he also lied and lied when he was already completely found out and totally outed. He could have given up then, but didn't. I doubt a ban is even necessary because I don't know why he would stick around.. but he might try to come back under another handle.

Plus.. he tried to scam for money. I know what this forum is about but it's not about trying to get one over on each other. It was probably inevitable anyway. Please ban, I don't want him in the forums if they are willing to do that.

It was crazy the way he got busted. We can even drop by his house if we like I think it was a poor attempt at blackhatting. He should be banned for awhile and charge to reactivate his account........also his avatar should be tagged with a thumbs down until he gives something valuable to the community or get XX# of "Thank Yous". Basically he just messed around with people here, people are pissed, but no real harm was done.

Nevarc/Johnypro probably should have say how they feel about it and be final.
