I had the same problem this month and I did not receive the money and a payment failure message appeared. What is the procedure to solve the problem? What did you do to solve it? Please inform me of the full experience so I know what to do about this problem, knowing that the payment method is Payoneer. I contacted Payoneer and they informed me that the problem is in Dailymotion

What is your payment method? What procedure did you take to receive the money? How long did it take for the relevant department to respond to you? I contacted support and they sent my request to the relevant department a week ago and they have not responded yet.
Tried reaching out to support team I've been getting same template answer like it has been forwarded to the right department but not a single reply received from that department if anyone has received payment from Dailymotion recently kindly reply to my message.
Dailymotion Payment Failure
For over two months, I haven't received any transfers. I have accounts, and none of them were paid on February 17.
I contacted support several times, but they told me to wait for the issue to be resolved.
Is anyone experiencing the same issue, and what's the solution?

I'm still having the same problem.
I haven't received my earnings from last February yet.
Note: I have another channel that was supposed to be paid this month, but unfortunately, it wasn't. A message appears stating that payment will be made by May, and unfortunately, May has ended.
Have any people received their money this month or not?

Lets wait till tomorrow 31st if you don't receive payment by tomorrow kindly reply here I too have 2 payments pending one of them is scheduled on next month.
Do you have a transfer for this month that has not been issued to you as well?
I've payment scheduled for next month 30th June

Yes ask them if they've stopped paying creators outside france let's see what they reply

Three of them were issued funds on February 17th, and I haven't received them. They say "payment failed."
The remaining two received payment failures this month, on May 17th.
I have five accounts now, and I haven't received any funds from them.
I contacted Payoneer, but they told me there were no problems. What's the solution? Should we link the account to PayPal instead of Payoneer, or what?
