Daily Messages Limit on popular platforms!

I see lot of people asking about daily limits of the free emails and texting platforms. Here is something which may help:

1. Gmail:
   • Emails: 500 recipients per day for regular Gmail accounts; 2,000 recipients per day for G Suite (Google Workspace) accounts.
   • Forwarding: Up to 100 messages per day.
2. Yahoo Mail:
   • Emails: 100 recipients per email; no specific daily limit mentioned for total emails sent.
   • Attachments: Maximum attachment size is 25 MB per email.
3. Outlook.com (or Hotmail):
   • Emails: 300 recipients per day(varies version to version, for ex: paid can go upto 1000 recipients per day)
   • Attachments: Maximum attachment size is 10 MB.
4. Microsoft 365 Email Sending Limits:
   • For Exchange Online (part of Microsoft 365):
     • Regular mailboxes: 10,000 recipients per day.
     • Shared mailboxes: 10,000 recipients per day.
     • Distribution groups: 10,000 recipients per day.
     • External recipients: 500 external recipients per day.
5. WhatsApp:
   • Messaging: No specific daily message limit for individual chats or group chats. However, there are rate limits in place to prevent abuse or spam.
   • WhatsApp Business: WhatsApp Business does not have specific daily message limits for individual chats or group chats mentioned in their official documentation.
