The website will be based around students. Which shows their timetables, and day-to-day planner, which I would set up for them.
I found this plugin which is basically what I need it to look like:

But I need to be able to create a custom timetable like that for each user, each user can only see their timetable and the admin can see all timetables and also edit them.
How much would this cost? I would say my budget is around $50 or less
