Custom eBay templates - recommendation?

We all know that a decent eBay template makes you seem professional, and make a big difference.

I'm looking to create my own custom templates. Can anyone recommend a decent eBay template WYSIWYG-type service - paid or free? Anything that involve drag 'n' drop, basically.
