[Custom Audience] How to create a custom Audience from users ID?

Hi There,

Could you tell me if it's still possible, and if so how, to create a custom audience on Facebook using user ID ?

If not, do you have some tricks that work to transform those users id into something targetable ? (idk, like maybe using the old @Facebook email or something could still work for custom audiences, this kind of hacks)

I've an idea.

What if I could send a PM to people in a group to offer them something : no email requiered, just click on my link and get your free something.
Of a survey, or anything, just need them to click on my link.

In my landing page, I use my facebook pixel code to "register" people that land on my page.
Then, I create a looklike audience from people that arrived on my landing page, and that have one thing in common : a facebook group.

So I should be able to target people in a specific group. What do you think ?

Do you have the data and you just want to use it or are you trying to collect data for a campaign? Either way this is possible I'd be interested in partnering with you if you have a large audience.
