Custom Audience Facebook Setup Question?

So I'm trying to target my competition and have decided to use Facebooks custom audience feature. I've collected the Facebook profiles of 200 users that would be my ideal target audience and want to upload their data via a CSV file and create a custom audience.

However, because I've scraped the user data, I only have limited information on my target audience and Facebook keeps asking me to "Map more identifiers"

Does anyone a way to get around this problem?

There is no workaround for this as far as I'm and the minimum is 1000 for good reason.

If you only have 200 users that list might not actually be as valuable as you think. Sure they might be hyper-targeted and interested in your ads but because Facebook ads are based on an auction system you could potentially end up paying a very high price to show them and hence there is no value for you or for Facebook to let you serve ads and have a shit experience and stop spending money on their platform.
