Thanks in advance for your help. I am about to launch an Instagram campign through the Facebook Ad's manager and I want to target my audience based on the people who have interacted with my account content. I often use third party services to grow my account quicker "powerlikes" and appear on top hashtags and the explore page. I DO NOT WANT THE ACCOUNTS FROM THESE NETOWRKS TO BE TARGETED. If I archive the post that I used powerlikes on, will Instagram only target the users who interacted with the current content on my page, or will they use the archives of ALL accounts (archived posted included) to find my targeted engagement audience?
