At what speed is it safe to auto-follow?
How many can you follow over your follower count?
Does the account need to post, like, comment on a regular basis?
What does instagram do as penalties for following too many or too quickly, and are the penalties temporary or permanent? (will IG ghost your account? Put a low daily cap on how many you can follow? Suspend the account?)
