Mate no one can say which service is definately the best as some seo servive offered by members may work good for your site and not for others. Whereas another members serivice may work good for others but not yours.
Best is to read the popular seo services in the market place and ask the seller any questions.

I have tested a few services on here with good results but nowhere near as many as I've used on WF (warrior forum).
If you're gonna use anyone on here I think bluematter comes highly recommended.
And I think people in general hate recommending services because they get accused of being affiliated.
So I'm going to make a recommendation very carefully.
THIS IS NOT A RECOMMENDATION.
I can not promise your site will rank or you'll get the same results I do. But I have made an awful lot of money with "Ceasar SEO" on WF.
He runs a very good service (IMO), you can read through all his feedback, and he's one of the best I've come across (I go buy the name
"Redshifted" on there and you can see my feedback as well).
Keep in mind. No SEO service is perfect. And Ceasar DOES game the living shit out of Google. I had 1 site with him drop off the SERPS
and never come back. And even though I was mad as hell about that I have other sites in the top 3, some for 2 years now.
That's really as much as I can say.

You might want to check out "BigBuddy" SEO stuff on here has worked for me in the past. Not saying it will work for you , it is one of many options you might want to consider...in your research...
