Curious about pricing on a custom made bot

I'm thinking about having a bot developed if it's not too hard or costly. It would work with Kindle Cloud Reader which is the online Kindle app. All I would need the bot to do is que up between 1-5 books I would select from my library. Then it would flip through the pages one by one, pausing between 2-5 seconds (randomly generated each time) per page. When it finished book one it would pause for 10-30 seconds then open book two and continue on. It would have to work in the background, on an open tab in Chrome while I was able to work on another tab.To me this sounds pretty easy but I don't code, so is it feasible? If so, how much would you charge me to develop this for me?
