CTRtheme vs HeatMap Adaptive Pro vs Thesis

Looking for a responsive Wordpress theme for using adsense and affiliates link, would be easier for me if members share their experience about the above said themes.

I, too, would be interested in replies to this question.

I think you can take HeatMap as yours. It is a lightweight , easy-to-use, straightforward, but you need to do some tweaking to maximize the conversion of the adsense clicks. HM is good for your adsense campaign.

If your goal is to make an authority site take thesis.

Thesis/Genesis all the way

If you have CTR theme/any other overused MFA theme and your site gets a manual review , you will not only loose your adsense account but also rankings.

Even if I found Thesis or Genesis is the way to go for authority site, I think that CTR or HeatMap is easier in term of placing your ads without additional theme coding tweak as well as plugins.

As long as you have quality content and profile sites, there is no need to worry about MFA or not MFA theme. It's not the excuse to theme that you'll get banned. The thing is most low quality or crappy sites are using MFA themes and get banned. Yet, it's not MFA themes that lets them to be banned.

If you really want to have a professional authority site, Thesis or Genesis is the choice.
For smaller or simple niche sites, you could still use Thesis and Genesis Frameworks. But, if you want to be easier for ads placement and ads optimize themes without doing the hassle with plugins or tweaking the themes, HeatMap or CTR theme is also the good choice.

I find HeatMap is good and easy to add the ads. Furthermore, their Click Missile is making easier to place more ads position as well as Resonsive Ads for Mobile, Tablet and Desktop.

I've been using CTR-theme for quite some time now and increased my Adsense earnings by 20-30%. The theme is pretty easy to set up and clean.
