Hello.
Lately I’ve been noticing a big shift in how people interact with Google. With all the AI answers, featured snippets, and knowledge panels showing up, a lot of users are finding what they need without even clicking through to a website.
That’s great for the user experience, but for us as bloggers and marketers it raises a real concern: if Google keeps answering everything directly, won’t CTRs naturally keep dropping?
Would love to hear different perspectives on this.

I’m curious how you guys see this trend playing out.
- Are you already seeing lower CTR on your content compared to a year or two ago?
- Do you think focusing more on branding and unique insights is the way forward, since generic info gets “stolen” by Google anyway?
- Or do you feel like this is being blown out of proportion and traffic will balance itself out?
Would love to hear different perspectives on this.
