Funny; my #1 site described above has seen much of its *drop* from a loss of authority in Google Images.
For visually based sites like yours and mine a big bounce rate is normal as is a low CTR. You need a pretty large sample size to get a bead on your true CTR. In your case I'd advocate a solid 3+ weeks.

My SERP rankings worsened when I switched from Heatmap to CTRT. But CTRT made me rank much better on google images which is my prime source of my visitors.
What I don't understand is why conversions are still this bad for me. Yesterday I was at 1075 Uniques and 2 Clicks (0,19% CTR) with a 55% bounce rate and 40s average time spend on the site (1.80 pageviews).
