You will not get anything by leaving it as it is. Always do as much tests as possible and choose the best converting title and thumbnail. .

If it were me, yes I would adjust the thumbnail then leave it for 14 - 21 days.

change the thumbnail, and buy some ctr boosting views from any panel so it will make your average ctr to like 10-15% then wait 5 days to see boost.

In the start, be ready to a lot of experimentation. Check different thumbnails to find out which combination works the best.
