I recently started working on promoting a crypto service, and after two weeks, I realized that I didn't quite understand how to generate conversions. I would like to hear your opinion.

Previously, I had worked with websites and projects that allowed for more white-hat advertising.
Now, I have two options for official platforms:
1) Cloaking to pass moderation
2) No pixels or methods for tracking activity on the website, as it is the project's policy

And so I have already tried to work in many sites, now I will briefly describe to you the results of the promotion.

1) Aads - in general, I had to work on this site for the first time on this project. And for some reason, I have a consistently low CTR, although the site itself allows me to promote the most direct offer in advertising. I set up websites, checked them to see if the sites were suitable for advertising, and how full they were. And even in the first week, one request came from the site, but now the second site is working and there are no results.

2) Mondiad - it was also the first time I worked with this platform. I set it up with a manager for the CIS and Iran geographies. However, after spending $70 and clicking on 2,000 links, I received no results. I concluded that I did not fully understand the system of operation of such platforms, and I needed targeted traffic for my website. As a result, I decided to stop working with this platform

3) BitMedia - I made a deposit of $300 for the test. As you can guess, this was my first time working with this platform :)
AND HOW SURPRISED I WAS WHEN I USED $100 FOR A TEST CAMPAIGN IN TWO HOURS
So, I tried to set up ads only for Nigeria's geo to get source IDs and do a separate click-through rate. However, there was still no response.

4) TgAds - in terms of passing moderation, everything is simple, but choosing target channels is another task. There have been no conversions yet, but I have the smallest budget among all platforms on Telegram.

5) Direct advertising on Telegram - I haven't tried it yet, and I would like to know your opinion on how to avoid getting into a "garbage" channel and whether it makes sense for crypto services to go there.

6) FbAds - I started running ads on FbAds two weeks ago. I don't understand if it's a geo issue or a problem with my ad setup. I've seen notifications indicating that transactions are being created but not processed. Additionally, my accounts are being blocked from time to time, forcing me to start from scratch.
It's possible that this is a problem with my account provider, but I'm not sure. If you can share your experience in promoting crypto projects on Facebook, I would greatly appreciate it :)

In general, something like that. I'm working on promoting a crypto service for the first time, and if you have any recommendations for each platform, I'd love to hear them.
For example, is it even worth setting up a "Lookalike" audience in FBAds after three days of work? Considering that there's no pixel on the site and the promotion is done through cloaking, which means that the algorithms don't focus on conversions but can only make conclusions based on clicks.
And I have another idea - direct sales. Write about our service to businesses that may be interested, such as casinos. However, I am not sure how to directly contact decision-makers. Currently, I have only encountered ignoring
