Sorry I didn't know where to post this considering it's About a Domain sale about Crypto.

CryptoWorld Dot Com was sold yesterday for $194,888 U.S.D

The seller Mike Mann paid a reportedly $15 for it a few years back.

(Unconfirmed) The buyer is none other than "BINANCE"

Auction platform was SEDO

I'm holding several solid Crypto domains and was hodling till later this year to place them on auction but after seeing this sale I might list now.

Just make whatevercoin.how / .info and Hodl until the coin takes off.
 
.how / .info / .com / .org are the best I think.

Are there are legal repruccsions if I were to do something like bitcoin.how?

Big move on "Blockchain" domains.
 
They should release a TLD .coin ... although you could play with .co.in ... probably. bit.co.in ... hmm ... mone.ro, rippl.le

I've been butting and selling domains for 17 years. Dot info is bottom of the pile.
 
  1. I don't believe 99% of the sale prices for domains. The sky high prices are usually already part of the marketing strategy for the new site.

.com, .net, .org - all good TLDs. If you can find a coin and get an exact match of those, jump on it.

.how, .xyz, .rocks, .ninja, .garbage, etc. are all pretty dumb - if you find someone to buy a ridiculous extension you're an exception & should consider yourself lucky (like finding the sucker that bought the .how domain mentioned above).

OR buy a stupid TLD, flip it for 100x+ the cost, and report back. I would love to have a good laugh at people dropping $X,XXX+ for domains that are worthless.

what about domain name relevant tlds? like for example-
pokemongo.game
adidas.store
etc...
