IIRC this is a startup project? I think the cards haven't been issued yet, it's still in the funding phase?

The Ico is over, I think it is just different legal hoops to jump through in different countries etc. You should download the app and have a look at where they are up to. It's a pretty great project and I do believe they will deliver.

I've looked at it in the past and I was attracted. But I think there's a big development period after the ICO funding was completed before they deliver the cards. Legal hoops like you said but also actually connecting the financial ends between crypto and credit cards.
