Cross-Posting To Multiple Reddit Accounts

Can I Cross-Post the same link to multiple Reddit accounts at once using IFTTT the recipe will be the following:
1 - Multiple IFTTT Accounts
2 - Connect them all to them Wordpress Blog ( I Did that, So no problem with adding the same blog to a bunch of IFTTT accounts )
3 - The Trigger will be when New Item add to the Wordpress RSS feed (Post or whatever posted)
4 - This trigger will fire each IFTTT account to post this feed item to each single Reddit account
So, Here the question will Reddit raise an error in the activity log of IFTTT ( Failed To Post )
due to the 10 minutes, limitations Or This error only raises when trying to post a bunch of links at a time to single Reddit account?

Reddit's algo is more complex than it might appear, and they have some pretty advanced techniques for linking accounts together to stamp out upvote groups or networks, so I imagine the same applies to links if pushed in the same way.

For example, if an account submits a new post pointing to an URL and say 5 accounts upvote this (all new accounts with limited history and karma) the value of the upvote will deteriorate over time based on the frequency the upvoting and submission accounts copy each other until the value of the upvote becomes near enough 0 or actually harms the submission. The same I'm guessing applies if you had multiple accounts all submitting similar links, the value of the link on Reddit as a whole would deteriorate until you eventually see it being ghosted out of the subreddits. One of the reasons you see people karma leeching to grow big single accounts as there activity pool becomes widespread and harder to mirror against other accounts with their submissions and upvotes having a lot more weight to them.

With your failed to post and limitations issue, this would be based on the point of origin reddit are able to track for each of the accounts (i.e the connection to your blog via feed), if you could somehow have them staggered to post or have the point of origin mixed up can see it working fine, but with the same limitations applied as general spamming of links into subreddits.

It would probably be more time efficient having a network of large accounts that you can use to make single submissions, if the content quality holds up you would likely get natural upvotes and can give it a boost contacting larger users within that community about the submission / upcoming submission (a bit like Instagram influencers only on Reddit)
