there are a lot of croc meat sellers on alibaba lol. must be a growing business.
I've bought this before but it's hard to secure a legit supplier that wants to work with all of the rules in import/export that stays open for more than a year or two.
Also, you mention Aussie croc skin, which is really overpriced. I don't know about the prices in Singapore, but how would it compare to the cost of the skin per cm square from Mexico?

Been there. Yes it is legal to sell it on the philippines and they even export it. I saw the whole process of making it. Here's how it goes:
Everyday, they export hundreds of crocodiles depending on the client's orders.
Every 1 crocodile exported, 1-3 eggs will hatch.
It has pros and cons. PAWS (Philippine Animal Healthware Society) has been fighting against the animal's rights but they just cant because of the companies here that are doing those things are with complete documents.

We can get croc steaks in the UK from certain butchers but I'v e never seen croc sausages before!
(I bet these would be quite an easy sell over the summer months on ebay and the like)

craazy! iv got croc skin shoes and they look amazing, i have respect for animals and wouldnt wear fur, but i dont mind wearing leather.
before preaching to other people on what you consider ethical, remember its what you consider ethical, though some people might agree with you, dont pass judgements if someone doesnt.
we live in a hypocritical double standard society where preaching of what you consider ethical is considered a good deed, tho end of the day it still stays as double standards.
someone posted earlier you kill cows to survive just for food, you can also survive without meat. so start with the basics why dont u preach against people eating meat then preach on what they should wear or not.
me on the other hand will always eat meat, just like i will always like leather. but if the cows were going extinct i might move to goats sheep lamb whatever floats the boat.

Idk if its legeal for where you live but forget that. The whole thing sounds like a big scam to me. I mean common - I guy is contacting you to offer croc skins? A great biznes oppurtunity? I got money from that Nigerian prince and I want to invest in croc skin. ye sure,...

There's a Pizza place near me that sells Kangaroo, Crocodile, Zebra etc. All sorts of weird stuff that I'd always just presumed were illegal.
If you all want crocodile skin I'll sell you my Grandma

I thought you meant those God awful slide on sandals for a minute. But crocodile skin is used for a variety of things, as mentioned. So it's not that creepy. It's just abusive.

We get big saltwater crocs where I come from - I caught a baby (10 inches) accidently in a cast net a few years ago. I took it home and put it in a 6 foot fish tank.
Highly Illegal - but it was good for a year or so until he grew a bit big and I had to release him in a public swimming pool. It made the front page of the locakl paper!
