Credit Card affiliates

Hey there,
I'm back now, more on that on my latest journey...
I'm searching for an Programm where I can promote credit cards and get €€€.
I've looked at tradoubler already but somehow Im not able to verify my website.
I can't use the Programm from American Express because I don't have a amex myself.
Does anyone know a site?

Or the other option would be that I partner up with someone and use their affiliate and then they will pay me out.

Did you try Tradeoubler?
Looks promising but every time i try to verify my website it just doesent work.
