credit affiliate program help / questions

I have no idea why it is so hard to become an affiliate of a credit reporting site, but it has been a real task. I was wondering if anyone had any tips that the affiliate managers are looking at. I have adjusted my websites to complete compliance with their terms but I just get blown off. Well if anyone knows exactly what they're looking for, any advice would be great.

p.s. I am not credit repair, I raise capital for businesses and do a soft pull for clients.
