Creative Commons

Hi Guys,

I'm very new with YouTube stuff and i saw a video saying that i can use creative commons videos to re-upload and gains view from it? and i saw another one saying that it's a very bad decision to re-upload a creative common video because the original video might not be a CC video?

I got 2 questions:

1. Can i use the CC video and just replace the bg music & language + voice?

2. Is it safe to recreate a video using my own language (lot of viewers in my country prefers it). rather than english. same information. just translated voice over and images from the internet.

Thoughtss???

If you take the video, and make voice over over it, u should be fine. Maybe for the 100 % safety u should cut or change something. But if you think u will download the creativ commons video and reupload it and watch the money rains to you pocket u are soooooooo, sooooooo, soooooo wrong
