Creating SEO Tool from Scratch

Hey guys , You already cleared some of my doubts .So I hope you guys help me with this too. i have idea on creating an SEO tool like keyword research and explorer , backlink checker like that . How can i do that? . Any resources or ideas? .Please help me with this.

The best would be to put your ideas into paper and hire developer from upwork
 
Do a lot of research and look at some of the best players on that field that do, because learning from successful people can give you a lot.
I know I didn't give you straight tips, but wisdom can help, right? :) And good luck
 
Do you want to build a user-hosted app, (desktop) or a self-hosted app (online website)?

Then you have to pay for cpu usage, and storage. With desktop app, you don't have to worry about such things. Thats why I asked @brenten_ilija what he thinks he will use, he should have a think about which may suit better. Why do you think we have never seen scrapebox online?
