Creating New Bing Ads Account After Ban

Hello there and thanks for your time.

I was recently banned without warning from Bing Ads. I don't know what the reason was, since they did not provide one (and don't have to via terms of service).

When I try to add payment information via Paypal to any new accounts I create, I am immediately banned again.

My question is, how should I go about creating a new working account? Do I need to get a virtual credit card or try some other method?

If you have a different debit card or credit card you can use that and also use a new IP address. Make sure to use a new windows user account as well.
 
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I don't have another credit or debit card in a different name, and they've linked my cards and name/address. I guess I'm just screwed, huh?
 
Try using your debit card but flip flopping your first/last name and also barely change your address. Like if it is 15058 denver rd change it to 15058 denver.
 
Your personal information has been flagged forever. So if they caught any of that, in any of the accounts you make in future now, they'll be banned immediately.
