For aggressive spamming campaigns and affiliate marketing sometimes, managing them through IFTTT and single website when I post something on it, automatically get published on all of those accsOk then.
How do you manage all those accounts? And what do you use them for?

Yeah that's true, for specific keyword when I type in pinterest I found my website in the top pins beside instructubles.com, when I see how many saved for this pin I find the specific number of my exact accounts
