Not trying to be rude, but you are already pointing crap links to your site. Might aswell point crap links to thise links too while you're at it.
Okay fair point haha. I wont be doing that then. Here is where Im confused. I get reaching out for guest posts, broken links etc. Would you recommend buying a linking service instead or doing this all myself?
You can do your own outreach if you don't have a high budget. Try Googling for some templates to e-mail to website owners.

Link services can be expensive but really you get what you pay for. Anything decent will be $10-20/mo or for a one-off $50-250 for a decent permanent link.

anything below a second-tier seems a waste of time tbh, some people goes for some spam comments to index the links but i just use indexing services
You know thats what I was going to ask next. Ive read of a couple methods to get these 2.0s indexed.
They'll index after you build links to them and share them on social media sites. Top sites are max 20 I think the rest are lower DA. Just Google "top web 2.0s site:blackhatworld.com" to see what threads pop up
for the amount that you put into it, you won't see much of an impact. focus on getting guest posts and pbns
